Voice Bath Sound Experience

This month I’d like to use my own instrument, the voice, to inspire a relaxing and therapeutic space for you.  I do this through sounding elongated vowels, which I call toning and then I switch to overtoning which is sounding more than one note at a time and creating varied harmonics.  Come to experience Scarborough’s first voice bath!

Not suitable for: first trimester of pregnancy, epilepsy or other conditions triggered by sound, severe

There are plenty of mats, bolsters and pillows at the studio but you are also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket or anything of your own that will make you comfortable. Please bring something to drink for afterwards.

Time will be roughly an hour but could run slightly under or over.
