Service Description

Strong To The Core In this class weekly we will work to strengthen our core, mid-rift & diaphragms through Yoga Asanas (poses/seat), Breath-work & strength-training. By working with our breath & our core strength there will be all round improvements in stability, improved posture, cardiovascular improvement and increased stamina. There are many benefits to having a strong core: Lower back pain will subside & stabilising lower back. Enhancing flexibility & balance. Supports better posture & form. Increased stability & everyday movements with greater ease. Can reduce neck and shoulder pain. Improved diaphragmatic strength & mental clarity. Deeper connection to our core, improved cardiovascular performance & strength for yoga practice. At times this class will be challenging and within this class we will also make enquiry into the chakras that relate to our core. This class will run once a week. The class duration is 1 hour. The class is limited to 10 persons per class - book early. Join us & be as the tree, grounded & strong to the core.
